Oven Baked BBQ Ribs
Gluten, Grain, Dairy, Nut, Egg and Refined Sugar Free

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5kg pork ribs
Marinade - 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet chilli*
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 3 tablespoons coconut aminos**
- 1 1/2 cloves diced garlic
- juice of 1 x lime
METHOD:
- Cut the rack of ribs into individual ribs and place into a large pot of boiling water.
- Cook on medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180 degrees and combine all marinade together in a small bowl.
- Drain ribs from pot and place onto a lined baking tray.
- Fully coat ribs with marinade and cover with foil.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil from tray and cook for another 10 minutes, until lightly charred.
- Best served while still hot.


NOTES:
* I have used homemade sweet chilli sauce, but you can use whatever you have.
** Tamari or soy sauce can be used in place of the coconut aminos (although soy sauce will add gluten to meal)
