Consultations

I offer one-on-one consultations, to offer support to people who have been advised or think they may have food allergies or intolerances with a specific food or multiple food groups and are at a loss as to where to start. I also support individuals and families who are wanting direction with Β how to make healthier choices within their diet, and gain control of their health. Consultations can be held either in person or online.Β 

During the consultation, we go through what foods to avoid and cover what foods to eat instead, all at pace that is suitable to you and your lifestyle. You will be able to walk away with a clear understanding of what foods you will be able to eat, along with some easy recipes and ideas to help you get started. 

Making dietary changes can be overwhelming and can create a huge amount of stress – there is so much information out there!!   I truly understand the challenges, concerns and stress that can arise when you are told to avoid a certain food group that you have been eating your entire life.
