Lime Bliss Balls





Bliss balls are one of the easiest and quickest snacks to make. Add in plenty of wholefoods and you have healthy snacks ready to go. We are loving these lime bliss balls!!




INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 1/2 cup (75g) desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup (90g) sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 4 tablespoons (20g) coconut oil
  • zest 1 x lime
  • juice 1 x lime
  • extra – 1/2 cup (25g) desiccated coconut for rolling (opt)





METHOD:


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth.
  2. Roll into golf ball sized balls, coating with the extra coconut (if using).
  3. Place into fridge for about 1 hour to set before eating.
  4. Store in fridge.


NOTES:
* This is such a versatile recipe. Change the lime to another citrus fruit or swap the sunflower seeds with other type of seeds or nut.
