Grain-free Banana, Honey and Cinnamon Biscuits
Gluten, Grain, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free

These grain, nut, egg and refined sugar free biscuits are a little bomb of flavour!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1 Tblspn raw honey
- 1 Tblspn psyllium husk
- 55g extra virgin olive oil
- pinch himilayan salt
- 1 tspn ground cinnamon
- 45g sunflower seed meal
- 40g tapioca flour
- 55g coconut flour
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Place all wet ingredients into a bowl, along with the physllium husk. Mix well and sit for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients into the same bowl and stir.
- On prepared baking tray, roll into golf-ball sized balls and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
