Zucchini Chips




If you’re trying to avoid the white carbs, but still love to eat chips these zucchini chips might be for you!!





INGREDIENTS:


  • 2-3 medium zucchini
  • 25g tapioca
  • 40g sunflower meal
  • 1 x teaspoon paprika
  • 2 x teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 x teaspoons onion flakes
  • 1 x teaspoon himalayan salt

METHOD:


  1. Preheat oven to 200Β°C and prepare a lined baking tray.
  2. Cut zucchini into chip sized pieces, by cutting the ends off and then into 6th or 8ths lengthways. *see notes
  3. Place all dry ingredients together into a small bowl.
  4. Coat zucchini in seasoning mixture and place flat on baking tray.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes in the oven, until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with a dip for a snack or as a side to your main meal.


NOTES:
* By cutting the zucchini this way, it will leave some skin on all chip pieces.
