Zucchini Chips

If youβre trying to avoid the white carbs, but still love to eat chips these zucchini chips might be for you!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3 medium zucchini
- 25g tapioca
- 40g sunflower meal
- 1 x teaspoon paprika
- 2 x teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 x teaspoons onion flakes
- 1 x teaspoon himalayan salt
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 200Β°C and prepare a lined baking tray.
- Cut zucchini into chip sized pieces, by cutting the ends off and then into 6th or 8ths lengthways. *see notes
- Place all dry ingredients together into a small bowl.
- Coat zucchini in seasoning mixture and place flat on baking tray.
- Cook for 25 minutes in the oven, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with a dip for a snack or as a side to your main meal.
NOTES:
* By cutting the zucchini this way, it will leave some skin on all chip pieces.
