Vegan Coleslaw
Gluten, Grain, Dairy, Nut, Egg and Refined Sugar Free

This is a perfect substitute for a traditional coleslaw, minus the egg.
INGREDIENTS:
- ΒΌ cabbage finely sliced
- 1 x large carrot (julienne cut)
DRESSING: - ΒΌ cup (65g) coconut yoghurt
- Β½ large avocado
- 1 teaspoon french mustard*
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon himalayan salt
METHOD:
- In a medium sized salad bowl, place cabbage and carrots
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl
- Combine dressing in with the vegetable and enjoy
NOTES:
* Dijon mustard can be used in place of the French mustard.
