Salted Caramel Balls
Gluten, Grain, Dairy, Nut, Egg and Refined Sugar Free
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (130g) sunflower seeds (soaked 1-2 hours)**
- Β½ cup (65g) pitted dates
- Β½ cup (25g) coconut chips/flakes
- 2 tablespoons tahini*
- β teaspoon salt
- β
cup (50g) coconut flour
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until finely chopped and has come together.
- Roll into balls about 3cm in diameter.
- Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
NOTES:
* Either hulled or unhulled tahini can be used, or any kind of nut butter if you can tolerate.
** Sunflower seeds can also be substituted for pepitas or nuts if you can tolerate.
