Cucumber and Tomato Salad
Gluten, Grain, Dairy, Egg, Soy and Nut Free

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 x lebanese cucumbers diced
- 2 x mini-tomato punnets halved
DRESSING - 2 x tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 x garlic clove diced
- 1 x teaspoons raw honey
METHOD:
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients including dressing.
- Place covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
