Berry Chia Jam




The goodness of making your own jam in under 2 minutes!

No canning, no cooking to be done.

This is such an adaptable recipe. Use either fresh or frozen berries of any kind or combination of your choice, and add in any of your favourite spices (think cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves or my favourite vanilla).

This recipe can be used as a base and make as much or little as you need.

With the health benefits of chia seeds and berries, this is delicious and tastes like real berries!





INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g berries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 20g chia seeds

METHOD:


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Pour into a jar and store in the fridge for 10 minutes to thicken up and is best used within a week.
