Whipped Pineapple

Gluten, Diary, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free

I’m almost a little embarrassed to be writing this post, it is that easy to make!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g Frozen Fresh Pineapple (see notes)
  • 200g Ice Cubes

METHOD

  1. Add ingredients into your blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Taste to make sure it is sweet enough for how you like it – add your sweetener of choice if desired.
  3. Serve straight away and enjoy!

NOTES: If you are able to try and get the acid free pineapples.  They don’t leave the bitter taste and I find they are much sweeter!!
