Make your own with 4 easy ingredients.  This recipe is great spread on toast or on crackers or use as a dip for vege sticks.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 140g Black Tahini (I prefer unhulled)
  • 100g Tamari (Gluten Free Soy Sauce)
  • 10g Nutritional Yeast
  • 20g Apple Cider Vinegar

METHOD:

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
  2. Transfer into a glass jar and keep in the fridge
