Tahini Hummus

Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free

 

Tahini Hummus 1

Ingredients:

  • 400g Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 large Clove Garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 3 tbs hulled Tahini
  • Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper (for taste)

Method:

  1. Place garlic clove in blender and mince (or mince with a garlic press)
  2. Put all other ingredients into blender and blend until desired consistency
  3. Move hummus to an air tight container and place in fridge until ready for use and serve with cut veggie sticks and crackers.
