Tahini Hummus
Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free
Ingredients:
- 400g Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 large Clove Garlic
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 3 tbs hulled Tahini
- Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper (for taste)
Method:
- Place garlic clove in blender and mince (or mince with a garlic press)
- Put all other ingredients into blender and blend until desired consistency
- Move hummus to an air tight container and place in fridge until ready for use and serve with cut veggie sticks and crackers.
