Sweet Chilli Sauce

This is my thermomix recipe for Sweet Chilli Sauce….

  • 125g Whole Sweet Chilli (the smaller the chilli the hotter the flavour)
  • 250g Sultanas
  • 4 pieces fresh ginger cut into coin size
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 360g apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 600g Rapadura Sugar
  • 250g water
  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl on Speed 8 for 20 seconds
  2. Then cook 10 minutes on Varoma on Speed 2
  3. Scrap sides and cook for 40 minutes on 100 degrees on Speed 3
  4. Poor into sterilized bottles and seal.

Makes about 4 jars.Β  This would last in the cupboard for 6 months – not that it lasts that long in our house!!
