Salted Caramel Shake




INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 ripe bananas*
  • 1 x can coconut cream (270ml)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 x teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup ice-cubes

METHOD:


  • Place all ingredients into a blender, blending until smooth.


NOTES:
* If you have frozen bananas they are great to use if you prefer a thicker consistency, but room temperature bananas are delicious too!
