Salted Banana Caramel Shake
Gluten, Grain, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free

Makes 2 Shakes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe bananas*
- 1 x can coconut cream (270ml)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 x teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup ice-cubes
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients into a blender, blending until smooth.
NOTES:
* If you have frozen bananas they are great to use if you prefer a thicker consistency, but room temperature bananas are delicious too!
