Have you discovered rice paper wrappers yet? If they are filled with the right ingredients they are super healthy, super tasty and super quick.
They are a great alternative for a sandwich in your lunch box, brilliant to take to a BBQ if you need to take a plate or to have for a main meal in a hot summers night.
You can find rice paper wrappers in Asian grocers or in the Asian section of the supermarket. Check the ingredients if gluten is an issue for you, as some packets contain it.

TIP: Place only 1 rice paper wrap in the water at one time, as they will stick together. The ‘wrapping’ can take a little to be get used to, but it doesn’t have to be perfect to taste good – my 8 and 5 year olds love wrapping them up!! If you get really stuck utube have some great tutorials on it.
