Quick Freezer Chocolate
Gluten, Grain, Dairy, Nut and Refined Sugar Free
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g Tahini
- 100g Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 40g Coconut Nectar/Raw Honey/Maple Syrup
- 40g Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
METHOD:
Conventional:
- Place coconut oil and tahini into a small saucepan and stir together
- Add all other ingredients and mix until combined
- Pour mixture into a silicone or lined baking tray (10 x 20cm)
- Place in the freezer for about 10-20 minutes until set
- Cut into bite sized chunks
Thermomix:
- Place coconut oil and tahini into thermomix bowl and melt at 80 degrees/sp 2/2 mins
- Add all other ingredients mix 8 secs/sp 3
- Pour mixture into a silicone or lined baking tray (10 x 20cm)
- Place in the freezer for about 10-20 minutes until set
- Cut into bite sized chunks
NOTES:
You can use your liquid sweetener of choice for this recipe
Chocolate is best left in the freezer due to high about of coconut oil
Silicone ice cube trays would also work well
