Peach Chia Pudding

Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined-Sugar Free

Conventional and Thermomix Methods included

  • 40g Chia Seeds
  • 1 T Raw Honey
  • 240ml Coconut Milk/Cream
  • 1 t Natural Vanilla Extract
  • 2 fresh Peaches cut into wedges

Conventional Method:

  1. Place all ingredients except peaches into an airtight container or jar and mix well and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour but it is betterΒ  overnight.
  2. Mix well and add peaches just before serving… enjoy.
