Mini Pork Patties
Gluten, Grain, Dairy, Egg and Nut Free

Have you had a look at the ingredients of store-bought meat patties lately? You really don’t want to!! It is too easy to make your own!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g Pork Mince (see notes)
- 500g Beef Mince (see notes)
- 1 x Zucchini grated
- 2 Tbl finely chopped fresh Mint
- 1/3 Tsp Ground Chilli Powder (opt)
- Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper
- Oil of choice for cooking
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well together with fingers.
- Shape mixture into 24 1.5cm-thick patties. Place into an air-tight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or longer).
- Pre-heat large frying pan or BBQ on med-high heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes on either side until cooked through.
- Serve with a salad or roasted vegetables.
NOTES:
Make sure you know your butcher!! Use a good quality mince with no fillers or additives thrown in! Always use organic when you can!
These can be made in advance and frozen before cooking.
These patties are great cold to be added into the lunchbox or used to be made into sliders.
