I love to show people how to cook, healthy nourishing food. I love to see the look on their faces when they see what they have been able to prepare. My passion comes from being able to teach people how easy it is to cook with wholefood ingredients, even with food allergies and sensitivities, and creating a meal that everyone will enjoy.
The cooking sessions can be done one-on-one or groups of up to 5 people. These are conducted either face-to-face or online. I am able to adapt the session to be catered to meet ANY food requirements and restrictions you may have. I supply the recipe handouts to suit your individual needs or wants and I show you how to complete each recipe step by step. At the end of the most apprehensive person will be able to cook these recipes with ease.
