Chocolate Ice Magic
Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free
Makes approx 125ml
Ice Magic takes me back… I use to LOVE lathering it all over my icecream. yummo!! With just a few simple pantry ingredients, you can have some made within seconds!! The taste is AMAZING and with real food that is loaded with nutrients! You can drizzle this over your favourite icecream or use it as a sauce and simply dip in your favourite fruit!
INGREDIENTS:
- 50g Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 25g Cacao Powder
- 25g Raw Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- pinch Himalayan Salt
METHOD:
- Measure and place all ingredients into a small saucepan.
- On low heat, stir together until until melted and combined.
- Pour into a small jar and store out of the fridge until needed.
NOTES: You may need to melt the mixture again if the weather is cooler by placing the jar in a bowl of hot water. Try some different flavours (like mint and orange) by adding a couple of drops of your food grade essential oils.
