Chocolate Chunk Biscuits
Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups (270g) gluten free flour
- 1 cup (135g) coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Β½ teaspoon salt
- Β½ cup extra virgin coconut oil (melted)
- 5 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 x block dairy and additive free chocolate
METHOD:
- Preheat oven 180Β°C.
- Prepare baking trays.
- Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
- Place all wet ingredients into a small bowl and mix together.
- Add wet ingredients into dry bowl and combine.
- Roll together heaped spoonful amounts of mixture and place onto prepared baking tray, flatten with fingers until about Β½cm thick.
- Break chocolate bar into pieces and place on top of biscuits.
- Bake in oven for approximately 17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before removing from baking tray
