Chocolate Chia Pudding
Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free
Servings: 2-3
INGREDIENTS:
- 40g Chia Seeds (white or black)
- 1 Tbl Raw Honey
- 240ml Coconut Milk (Full Fat)
- 1 tsp Natural Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbl Cacao or Cocoa
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients into an airtight container or jar and mix well and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
- Mix well and stir just before serving… enjoy…
Note: These are ok left in the fridge for a few days in an air tight container. Although, you may need to add a little more coconut milk to get to desired consistency.
