Chocolate Chia Pudding

Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free

Servings:  2-3

INGREDIENTS:

  • 40g Chia Seeds (white or black)
  • 1 Tbl Raw Honey
  • 240ml Coconut Milk (Full Fat)
  • 1 tsp Natural Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbl Cacao or Cocoa
METHOD:
  1. Place all ingredients into an airtight container or jar and mix well and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  2. Mix well and stir just before serving… enjoy…

Note: These are ok left in the fridge for a few days in an air tight container.  Although,  you may need to add a little more coconut milk to get to desired consistency.
