Choc Tahini Bliss Balls

Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free

Choc Tahini Balls bite

Ingredients:

  • 150g Pitted Modjool Dates
  • 2 Tbl Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey
  • 3 Tbl Hulled Tahini
  • 2 Tbl  Cacao Powder
  • pinch Himalayan Salt
  • 1 1/2 handful of Sultana
  •  Chia Seeds and Desiccated Coconut for coating

Choc Tahini Balls one

Method:

  1. Place dates, chia seeds, maple syrup, tahini, cocoa and salt into bowl of blender or thermomix until blend until well combined (thermomix Speed 8-9, 45 seconds)
  2. Add sultanas and mix well (thermomix speed 3, 10 seconds, reverse)
  3. Roll spoonful of mixture and cover half with either chia seeds or coconut.
  4. Place in fridge to set
