Choc Baked Donuts

Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Flour (175g)
  • 3/4 cup Rapadura (100g)
  • 1 tsp Arrowroot (Tapioca Flour)
  • 1 3/4 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
  • 1/2 tsp ground Himalayan Salt
  • 3 Tbl Cacao or Cocoa
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Natural Vanilla Essence
  • 50 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 50ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbl Desiccated coconut for dusting

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees
  2. Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together
  3. Place all wet ingredients into a small bowl and mix together
  4. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk together.
  5. Pour mixture into a donut tray and fill until almost to the top
  6. Cook for 13 minutes
  7. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes
  8. Turn donuts onto an airing tray and allow to cool
  9. Dust with desiccated coconut
  10. Place in an air tight container.
