Choc Baked Donuts
Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Flour (175g)
- 3/4 cup Rapadura (100g)
- 1 tsp Arrowroot (Tapioca Flour)
- 1 3/4 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
- 1/2 tsp ground Himalayan Salt
- 3 Tbl Cacao or Cocoa
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Natural Vanilla Essence
- 50 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 50ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tbl Desiccated coconut for dusting
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees
- Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together
- Place all wet ingredients into a small bowl and mix together
- Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk together.
- Pour mixture into a donut tray and fill until almost to the top
- Cook for 13 minutes
- Remove from oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes
- Turn donuts onto an airing tray and allow to cool
- Dust with desiccated coconut
- Place in an air tight container.
