Beef Garlic and Soy Stirfry (GF)
Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free
INGREDIENTS:
- 400g Grass-Fed Beef Strips
- 2 Tbl oil of choice
- 1/4 cup organic tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 x 175g packet of Rice Noodles
- 1 Head of Broccoli (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 2-3 Carrots sliced
- 2 Tbs Raw Honey
METHOD:
- Prepare rice noodles as per instructions on packet
- Place oil into a wok on medium-high heat. Once heated, add garlic to wok and stir. Add beef strips and cook through
- Add carrots, broccoli and tamari into wok to heat vegetables. (I like my veges to still be crispy)
- Combine prepared rice noodles and raw honey to wok just before serving.
