Beef Garlic and Soy Stirfry (GF)

Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut and Refined Sugar Free

Beef Stirfry1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400g Grass-Fed Beef Strips
  • 2 Tbl oil of choice
  • 1/4 cup organic tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 x 175g packet of Rice Noodles
  • 1 Head of Broccoli (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 2-3 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Tbs Raw Honey

METHOD:

  1. Prepare rice noodles as per instructions on packet
  2. Place oil into a wok on medium-high heat.  Once heated, add garlic to wok and stir.  Add beef strips  and cook through
  3. Add carrots, broccoli and tamari into wok to heat vegetables. (I like my veges to still be crispy)
  4. Combine prepared rice noodles and raw honey to wok just before serving.
